Our accepted payment method is by the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa. You may also purchase No Stack® Cones with a purchase order number if you have an approved credit application on file with us at Elwood Packaging.

Shipping

NOTE: Chicago and suburbs will be delivered FREE on orders of $400 or more.

Returns
Please call our customer service department at 1-888-88-STACK, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST to request a Return Approval. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless Elwood Packaging is at error. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to all returns not at the fault of Elwood Packaging.
